The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right next to the leaning tower and central to the attractions. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the hotel facilities are adequate. Also, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is decent.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was located perfectly for exploring all the main attractions. The view of the tower from the terrace was amazing, especially in the evening while enjoying a drink. The service was top-notch with friendly staff who were very helpful. I particularly appreciated the room amenities, including the heating and air conditioning which made my stay very comfortable.

I did notice a few minor issues, such as some black marks on the walls of the room, but it didn't affect my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family for its prime location and great service.

The weather was sunny, had good stay at this hotel. The buffet breakfast included cereals, eggs and yoghourt, but we didn't have time and didn't try all the menu. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of Borgo Stretto.

Everything was good, highly professional staff made our stay very nice. Central location near train station as well as church, it was in a great area. Also, piazza dei miracoli was located in the area of the hotel.

This hotel's location is amazing. It is right in the heart of the city, and so close to the main tourist attractions. The room is quite spacious and tidy, with great facilities such as air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The personnel are friendly and always willing to help out visitors. The breakfast is also delicious, with a variety of different foods to choose from.

The noise from surrounding bars and restaurants can be a bit loud at night, causing some disturbance for those who are sensitive to sound.

All good — I enjoyed my stay — food was fabulous and my bed was comfortable. I booked queen room, it was compact.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and a variety of cafes and restaurants in the area. the rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city, including the famous landmarks. the staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The room we stayed in was a bit dated, with some old light switches and fittings. the view from our room was not the best, overlooking a flat roof at the back.
